These terms apply to everyone in the Getfit Creators Programme ("the programme"), run by Getfit.ng ("Getfit"). By joining you agree to them.
•You must be 18 or older.
•You must give your real name, correct social media handles and your own bank details.
•One account per person. Getfit may decline or close any account.
•Performance pay: each approved video earns a fixed payout based on the qualified views it reaches within 14 days of posting, paid at the highest tier reached (tiers are not added together). The current tiers are shown in your dashboard.
•Sales commission: a percentage (currently 6%) of eligible net sales from paid orders made through your personal link. Delivery charges and taxes are excluded, and refunds and cancellations are deducted.
•Commission is confirmed after the return and cancellation window (currently 14 days after payment).
•Recognition awards: the first creator to reach each sales target in the period wins that award, as shown in your dashboard. Award winners earn the award commission rate (currently 11%) on their sales in that period. Getfit verifies every award before paying it.
•Ad-usage licence: if Getfit selects your video for paid advertising, you receive the licence fee shown in your dashboard for that video.
•Only approved, public, original videos on your registered accounts count.
•A qualified view is an organic view from a genuine audience. Paid, bot or engagement-pod traffic, stolen clips, reposts and edited screenshots don't count. Getfit reviews your analytics and confirms the payable number.
•Your own purchases through your link count like any other sale. Award targets must be reached through genuine customer orders: bulk or arranged orders made to reach a target, and fake or manipulated orders, don't count.
•Clearly disclose the partnership in every post, for example "Ad | Paid partnership with @getfitng", and use the platform's branded-content tool where available.
•Don't promise weight loss, medical results or instant results, and don't fake before-and-after photos or edit body shapes deceptively.
•Use only music and footage you're allowed to use commercially. Ask permission before filming other people.
•Keep each post live for at least 30 days unless Getfit asks you to remove it.
•Never run paid ads on your Getfit posts without written approval.
You keep ownership of your videos. You give Getfit permission to reshare, repost and feature your Getfit videos on its own channels, credited to you. Using a video in paid advertising needs Getfit's selection and comes with the licence fee in section 2.
•Your dashboard shows your earnings, what's still confirming and your full statement.
•You can withdraw once your available balance reaches the minimum shown in your wallet, and only after confirming your email address.
•Payments go to the bank account in your settings. Make sure it's correct and in your name.
•Getfit may hold, reverse or recover payments linked to refunds, fraud or a breach of these terms.
You can leave at any time. Getfit may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. Earnings that were confirmed before closure and aren't linked to a breach will still be paid.
Getfit may update these terms. When we do, you'll be asked to read and accept the new version before continuing. Questions? Reply to any programme email or contact the community manager.
